After going through the job-hunting process in Japan I ended up with two job offers. In the end, I accepted the offer from a new venture company which is a subsidiary to the large HR solutions group Pasona.

After the initial job training, I was tasked with a variety of different responsibilities and finally ended up as a team leader for the newly established Global Department. The work was very diverse and included everything from management and budget control to new business development and marketing projects.
